Adrian Cioranu is the Project Manager for the ACI Airport Excellence (APEX) in Safety Program. In his current position, he manages and develops the APEX Program in close collaboration with the ACI Regions and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
Prior to this assignment, Adrian was consultant for the International Air Transport Association on the IATA airline cost management initiative.
He formerly served as Deputy Representative for Romania to the Council of ICAO. In this capacity, he developed several aviation projects for Romania and the Central European Rotation Group, a 7-state regional organization, including a comprehensive training program on SMS, SSP, and USOAP for airports, air carriers and regulators.
