James Roach joined ACI World in August 2011 as Manager of Communications.
In the past 15 years, James acquired progressively responsible and senior-level communications experience across diverse and complex projects in the aerospace, pharmaceutical, sports and software industries.
James's knowledge of the communications profession is comprehensive and complemented by a Master of Science (MSc) in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs.
Prior to joining ACI World, James held key communications positions in firms ranging from small non-profits, high-profile international organizations to billion-dollar Fortune 500 corporations. They include the World Anti-Doping Agency, McKesson, Habitat for Humanity, Pulp and Paper Technical Association of Canada and Concordia University, among others.
