James Roach joined ACI World in August 2011 as Manager of Communications.
In the past 15 years, James acquired progressively responsible communications experience across diverse and complex projects in the aerospace, pharmaceutical, sports and software industries.
Prior to joining ACI World, James held communications positions in firms ranging from small non-profits, international NGOs to Fortune 500 corporations. They include the World Anti-Doping Agency, McKesson, Habitat for Humanity, Pulp and Paper Technical Association of Canada and Concordia University, among others.
James's knowledge of the communications profession is complemented by a Master of Science (MSc) in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs.
