The ASQ Award for Best Improvement in North America went to Winnipeg, Canada.
Winnipeg Airports Authority is a community-based, non-share capital corporation that operates, manages, maintains and invests in the community airport, Winnipeg James Armstrong Richardson International Airport. Control of the airport was transferred from the federal government to WAA on January 1, 1997.
Winnipeg Airports Authority is pleased to be globally recognized with a 5th place Best Airport by Size Award and 1st place ranking in the Best Improvement: North America category as part of ACI’s 2012 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards.
