In order to increase customer satisfaction, during 2013 Mazatlan Airport focused in the implementation of an Integral Customer Service Program, which seeks to strength the skills of all personnel working in the airport in order to solve our customers’ requirements in an efficient and effective way.
Availability, comfortable and cleanliness conditions were fulfilled according to our passengers’ perspective, thanks to a maintenance facilities plan established by the airport management.
Among other actions, Mazatlan Airport seeks to increase its connectivity, incorporating in 2013 new routes and frequencies that allows the passengers to have more flight opportunities.
Additionally, passengers find their way easily through the airport allowed by a signage upgrading, which indicates all the airport services.
