“For the third time in the last four years, YQB was voted the best regional airport in North America in the 0-2 million passenger category. The bestowal of this honor again is a reflection of the importance we attach to our passengers’ satisfaction. Passengers who chose Québec City for their departure or arrival want an unforgettable experience and that’s what we strive to offer every day”.

The Québec City Jean-Lesage International Airport’s (YQB) success is reflected by an increase in traffic of more than 130% in the last decade. These impressive statistics reflect an ever-growing diversification of flights as well as the devotion and the efforts made day-in, day-out by the entire airport staff as well as our Passenger Experience Department, whose teamwork and unflagging dedication bring our “Passenger First” commitment to life. More than just a motto, “Passenger First” is a philosophy that guides us in everything we do.

We are now looking ahead, planning our development in order to meet our tremendous growth potential. Along with our ambitious development projects, we expect our traffic to reach 2 million passengers by the year 2020, allowing us to secure a place for our airport on the list of Canada’s ten busiest airports.

We are extremely proud of winning the best small airport airport in North America award for the third time in the last four years, and we will continue to do everything we can to always meet our customers’ greatest expectations.

We have a devoted team, top-notch installations, an ever-diversified flight offer and a clear and precise vision of our future. This is who we are. This is YQB.
