The ACI Director General’s Roll of Excellence recognizes airports that have ranked among the top five in Airport Service Quality (ASQ)for their category on at least five different occasions since 2006. Seoul Incheon and Hong Kong deserve special recognition as they have been ranked No. 1 by passengers in their respective category, five years in a row.
