ASQ Forums allow for face-to-face discussions between the airports of the world and the members of the ACI ASQ team on the key findings and learnings from ASQ, and how the programme can continue to be enhanced.
ACI ASQ Forums are run regionally to make it easy for all airports to attend, wherever in the world they may be located.
For airports participating in the ASQ programme, there is no attendance fee—just a great opportunity to connect to the airport community, share best practices and learn more about passenger satisfaction.
The theme for ASQ Forums 2017: Cultivating a Customer Experience Airport Community
This theme recognizes that putting the passenger first is a shared priority among all aviation stakeholders and ACI will give focus to the role of all members of the airport community in cultivating a culture of customer service excellence. Aligning all stakeholders in their pursuit of airport customer service excellence can be a powerful tool to improving the passenger experience, employee satisfaction and raising non-aeronautical revenues.
With forums scheduled in Asia, Europe and the Americas, participants will hear from a variety of airport industry players from different regions and will include presentations, productive discussions and networking opportunities. Do not miss the opportunity to take part in the conversations that are on the cutting edge of airport customer service research.
