ASQ Retail is part of ACI's ASQ initiative and is designed to provide a bias-free, statistically accurate reflection of service levels, as experienced by the passenger.
Designed by airports, for airports and only for airports
ASQ Retail was developed at the request of a number of airports who wished to complement the information obtained from the ASQ Survey with a dedicated benchmark of airport commercial services. The content of the survey is based on discussions held with over 30 airports around the world in order to identify current best practice as well their needs for commercial research.

ASQ Retail is not a stand alone survey but is part is part of a global initiative to help airports improve their passenger experience. ASQ Retail results are compatible with the results of the main ASQ Survey. ASQ offers a co-ordinated approach for measuring service quality. ASQ Survey shows passenger perceptions; ASQ Performance shows airport performance according to defined levels of service. ASQ Assured accreditation demonstrates to the world the airport's commitment to service quality.
