Brief
The ICAO designed workshop includes a review of the main recommendations adopted by the Conference on the Economics of Airports and Air Navigation Services (CEANS), held in Montreal in September 2008, and of the ninth edition of ICAO’s Policies on Charges for Airports and Air Navigation Services (Doc 9082), which has been published in April 2012.

- Apply policies to achieve the objectives of the airport
- Accurately calculate charges for these services

- Develop a negotiating strategy to achieve airport business objectives
- Negotiate charges and rates.
On completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate of participation. For those participants who successfully pass the examination they will be awarded with an ACI/ICAO diploma.
