Workshop for Experienced PRM Assistance Managers
Professional Certificate course, face-to-face: 3 days

This is a refresher workshop on Passengers with Reduced Mobility (PRM) for managers who implement and monitor the performance of their passenger assistance programmes at airports. Participants will review the latest developments in the field of EU Regulation 1107/2006 at airports.

Pre-requisites and benefits:

• Know how about EC1107/2006; ECAC DOC 30 part 1 section 5 (update DEC 2011) and US ACAA 14 CFR 382.
• Review of your organization’s practical/operational examples to discuss with colleagues.
• Share and discuss with colleagues the problems you have in the daily PRM assistance operations.
• Bring an overview over complaints (anonym) and how these were handled.

Who should attend?

• PRM assistance managers and/or managers who are responsible for PRM assistance provision at airport with at least 3 years operational experience in this job.
