Brief

The ACI Human Factors for Airport Managers course is a companion course to the Safety Management Systems (SMS) Workshop and the Safety Risk Management course. It provides a practical knowledge and the information necessary to understand and apply, from a strictly operational point of view, the basic principles of human performance within the context of airport operations.

This course will introduce participants to the principles of human factors awareness, the factors that affect personal performance and how the human element interfaces with equipment, the working environment, the tools to be used and the organisational context.
