Niels Boserup, CEO, Copenhagen Airports Ltd, was unanimously elected Chairman of ACI for a two-year term starting 1 January 2004 at the ACI General Assembly on 6 December in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
Meeting in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, at the annual Airports Council International World Assembly, senior executives of the worlds airports called for a new relationship between airports and airlines.
Addressing IATAs Annual General Meeting in Washington, D.C. ACI Director General Robert J. Aaronson called upon airports and airlines to "work as partners to surmount the worst crisis in aviation history."
