Airport Wayfinder is an on-line service offered by Airports Council International (ACI) in co-operation with Air Travel Video Technologies, Inc. (ATV), a leading provider of visual airport information. Using the latest Internet streaming technologies, this service provides animated 3D airport visualization, with overviews and walk-throughs of the world’s leading airports. “The Airport Wayfinder is a truly advanced information service for travelers - it keeps us at the forefront of our industry,” says James Cherry, Aéroports de Montréal chief executive officer. “Making sure that the customer is well-informed from the comfort of his home or office is an innovative step in speeding the transit process and optimizing the use of our facilities.” On-line, anytime and anywhere, passengers can access Montreal Trudeau International’s Airport Wayfinder by visiting www.airportwayfinder.com/yul. When planning travel to Montreal, passengers will gain better understanding of the formal entry, departure and U.S. trans-border requirements, airline kiosk check-in services, in addition to finding parking and ground transportation options. New video segments about Montreal-Trudeau International’s new international jetty, including Canada’s largest Duty Free zone, are scheduled for release by August 2005.
