ACI Airport Statistics

The 2013 edition of the ACI Global Traffic Forecast Report covers 2012-2031. It is based on detailed inputs from close to 200 airports all over the world, from small O & D airports to large hubs. This high level of coverage means that the ACI / DKMA forecasting team is confident that the forecasts closely reflect industry expectations and are the most accurate forecasts available at the time of writing.

The 2011 ACI World Airport Traffic Report covers detailed traffic statistics for over 1,400 airports in more than 150 countries by three thematic areas: passengers, cargo (freight and mail) and aircraft movements. International and domestic traffic breakdowns are presented as well. With new sections on traffic concentration, seasonality and airport output, the report also includes exhaustive traffic analysis, trend charts, country-by-country, region-by-region and airport-by-airport data for the 2011 calendar year in PDF format. An Excel version of the raw data is also available.”
ACI has compiled a Quarterly Traffic Bulletin of global traffic performance (passengers, freight and movements) from the previous quarter. Quarterly traffic growth is shown by region for both total and international traffic. The report also shows market share by airport size, airport growth by country, and corresponding GDP figures. Data analysis indicates the top growers and decliners along with top international airport growth, and global trade volumes.

The ACI World Airport Traffic dataset covers airport traffic statistics for the 2011 calendar year for over 1,400 airports in more than 150 countries by three thematic areas: passengers, cargo (freight and mail) and aircraft movements. Data is presented by airport, city, country and region and individual airport entries give international and domestic terminal breakdowns as well.

ACI's Monthly Worldwide Airport Traffic report features detailed statistics and regional summaries covering passengers, cargo and aircraft movements for approximately 1000 airports participating in the monthly collection.

Each year, ACI conducts an annual survey of the world’s airports to obtain a comprehensive view of the airport industry and useful measures of the industry’s financial and economic performance. This 2012 ACI Airport Economics Report presents data and analysis relative to airport operations for the financial year 2011 / 2012.

The data collection instrument was significantly expanded in this edition to cover an array of new themes and data that includes airport infrastructure, employment, outsourcing, ownership and regulatory models.

ACI's Monthly International Passengers and Freight Report features detailed statistics and regional summaries covering international passengers and international freight for approximately 650 airports participating in the monthly collection.
